There are three key areas I need to sort out SUPER quick if I'm going to feel AMAZING in 2018 - eating, exercising and sleeping. I'm tackling eating first because I know a huge part of what's making me feel foggy, sluggish and exhausted is my diet. So to kick off my year of focusing on my health and well-being, I kept a food diary for just under a week to check-in on how I'm eating.
I’m Caitlin and in 2015 I lost over 20kg (44 lb) by radically changing my diet and incorporating home workouts and running into my routine.
I'm one month into giving up refined sugar until Christmas. Turns out i'm way more addicted to sugar than I thought.
